Yevgeniy Khoroshilov is a retired U.S. Army Green Beret and decorated Special Forces soldier with over a decade of global experience in crisis response and various advisory missions in austere environments.
Now based in Thailand, Yevgeniy brings the same mission-driven ethos—De Oppresso Liber (“To Free the Oppressed”)—to his humanitarian work. He has personally contributed to and led critical infrastructure projects in remote and conflict-affected areas along the Thailand–Burma
border, including medical clinics, water and sanitation systems, solar-powered school facilities, and refugee support services. His on-the-ground work with displaced communities and marginalized children through initiatives like Dana Education and the Sustainable Education Development Team (SEDT) reflects his unwavering commitment to service, resilience, and
restoring human dignity in regions most often overlooked.
As a founding board member of Global Provision Project, Yevgeniy applies his operational expertise and firsthand field knowledge to support fast, community-rooted humanitarian response where traditional aid cannot reach.
